1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the UrbanPro platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

UrbanPro is a marketplace platform that connects customers with independent service professionals. We facilitate bookings but are not the direct service provider. Professionals on our platform are independent contractors.

3. User Accounts

  • • You must be 18+ years to create an account
  • • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • • One account per person; no sharing allowed
  • • Provide accurate and current information
  • • We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violations

4. Bookings & Cancellations

Bookings are confirmed once payment is processed. Free cancellation is available up to 2 hours before service time. Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 20% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged the full amount.

5. Payments

  • • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR)
  • • Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
  • • Payment is required at the time of booking
  • • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • • We use Razorpay for secure payment processing

6. Service Quality

We strive to maintain high service quality through professional vetting, training, and customer feedback. If you are unsatisfied, please report within 24 hours for resolution including re-service or refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

UrbanPro acts as a marketplace and is not liable for direct damages caused by service professionals. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the UrbanPro platform including logos, text, images, and software is our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
